Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fitness items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
